Rehabilitation
that restores movement
One-on-one sessions in Zaporizhzhia after injuries, surgeries and stroke. Your program is built around your goal and adjusted as you progress.
What people come to us with
Physical therapy (exercise)
An individual exercise program to rebuild strength, mobility and endurance. Every session is supervised by the therapist.
Learn more →Stroke rehabilitation
Restoring movement, balance and self-care skills. We also teach family members who continue sessions at home.
Learn more →After injuries and surgeries
Fractures, joint replacement, ligament tears. A gradual return of range of motion and weight-bearing — without overload.
Learn more →Rehabilitation of the wounded and veterans
Working with the effects of combat injuries: contractures, muscle weakness, pain, return to everyday activity.
Learn more →Back, neck and joint pain
We look for the cause of pain rather than just easing the symptom: adjusting load, movement technique and daily habits.
Learn more →Scoliosis and posture in children
Posture assessment, corrective exercises and clear recommendations for home and school.
Learn more →Massage and manual therapy
As part of the recovery program: releasing tension, preparing tissues for load, easing pain.
Learn more →Kinesio taping
Support for a joint or muscle between sessions — so movement stays safe in daily life and sport.
Learn more →Not sure what you need?
Describe your situation — we will tell you whether physical therapy can help in your case.
Session and program costs are discussed at the consultation — they depend on your condition, duration and frequency. More about prices.

How the first meeting goes
It takes about 60 minutes. Bring comfortable clothes, a change of shoes and any medical documents you have: scans, discharge summaries, doctors' reports.
Conversation and history
We find out what's bothering you, how it started, what examinations you have had and what goal you want to reach.
Examination and testing
We check range of motion, strength, balance and painful areas, and record your baseline.
Recovery plan
We explain what is happening with your body, roughly how long the course will take and how often you need sessions.
First exercises
We start working at the very first meeting, and you get exercises to do on your own at home.
